7. Shipping and Delivery
Delivery services are currently provided to the following countries: United States, Canada, Mexico, and Colombia. Shipping fees and free-shipping eligibility are described in our Shipping Policy.
Free shipping is available for all supported countries when your order total reaches $269.99 or more. When below the threshold, shipping fees are: United States $21.99, Canada $34.99, Mexico $39.99, Colombia $44.99.
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. If a delivery issue occurs due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you may be responsible for additional shipping costs or reshipment fees where applicable. Tracking updates may take time to appear after shipment.
8. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Return eligibility may vary by product, and product-page terms (including final sale or non-returnable notices) apply where stated.
Unless otherwise stated in the Return & Refund Policy or on the product page, eligible return requests must be submitted within 30 days after receipt.
